These antique poison labels are from 1930s Germany.  The German word for poison is “gift.”  The +++ on the label, reminiscent of Daniel Schulke’s Veneficium Cross, is the old symbol for poison which is interestingly connected to the XXX symbol and the rune gebo X that also signifies the giving of gifts.  The frame is 2.4 x 3.6 inches
